Resolve Security has been operating since May 2005 and is one the largest door security & safety contractor in England and Wales, providing a professional service to the leisure and entertainment industry.

Its Head Office is based in Brighton, East Sussex and employs door supervisors  and man guarding security personnel nationwide, providing a high level of security services.

Resolves 's experience, expertise, professional standards and commitment to providing quality of service to our customers, has made us market leaders in the security industry, being an approved Security Industry Authority approved contractor , being the only company in Brighton to have achieved this status.

We operate a planned training schedule that gives us the flexibility to train and qualify our workforce to satisfy whatever level of competence that may be expected by our clients.

In May 2008, Resolve Security has been awarded the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) for Door Supervision and Manned Guarding. We are the first security company in Brighton & Hove to receive this recognition from the SIA.

Business Objectives/Mission Statement

It is the mission of the management of Resolve Security to increase our market share in the provision of quality, professional security services to company’s within our operating area of the South of England, whether through organic growth, diversity of product, acquisition or partnerships with clients and suppliers.

It is also our objective to create a safe, friendly and relaxed atmosphere at our client’s leisure venues to enable members of the public to enjoy themselves to the full and to maximize revenue for venue operators.

• Door Security

We provide door security in the leisure and entertainment industry. This service is provided by employing SIA Licensed Door Supervisors. We will cater your venue’s security requirements and needs according to your specification. Our member of staff is SIA Licensed and fully trained. They are all professional and yet friendly.

• Background Checks

We conduct enhanced CRB disclosure for all our staff. In the future we plan to provide a CRB Disclosure services to other organizations and the public.

• Dogs

Our Dogs Unit consist of 2 units – Security Patrol & Sniffers. Our dogs are handlers are put through the British Institute courses and have regular training to make sure we provide the most up to date techniques.

Physical intervention Brighton, skills may be needed in some workplaces to manage challenging behaviour safely. Depending on the risks faced in the job this can involve anything from avoidance and disengagement skills through to rescue, escorting and holding skills.

Maybo has a unique physical skills programme that is simple and effective yet lower in risk for the staff using them and the individuals to whom they are applied. The non-aggressive skills help to calm a situation, as they do not use pain to seek compliance. They are taught in a way that enables staff to identify the least aversive options to achieve the objective. Based on simple yet powerful principles men and women confidently apply these skills in a range of environments to protect themselves, their colleagues and service users/customers.
