Resolve Security Solutions Limited is committed to operating a Quality Management System to control the supply of Door Supervisors to the entertainment industry and Security Officers to the Security Industry.  To meet the standards agreed and to comply with customers’ demands for quality services provided on time. To achieve this objective the company recognises the need to have planned and effective management working to a quality system that meets the criteria of ISO 9001:2015.

It is the specific responsibility of the top management to ensure a programme of continued improvement by setting company objectives and ensuring the resources are available for completing, analysing, and reviewing these objectives and all other aspects of the quality management system.

The management team shall ensure that internal and external influences are considered and managed in order to ensure provision of service is not affected.

Risks and opportunities are well understood and reviewed systematically by the leaders on annual basis.

All procedures referenced in the quality manual and detailed in the supplementary process maps have been approved by the undersigned and it is the express responsibility of all senior staff to ensure that all Resolve Security Solutions Limited personnel are aware of, and work to, the quality management system.
