SIA Door Supervisor Roles

We are currently recruiting Male & Female Door Supervisors to join our existing team in Twickenham.

Must be prepared to work in Pub/Club environments during the week and weekends.

These positions offer varied roles including Searching customers, Customer profiling, ID scanning and Room positions.

Responsibilities & Requirements –
As an employee with Resolve Security you will be the first point of contact for the venue’s guests. You will be required to ensure that they are greeted in the utmost professional and welcoming manner and to provide a great customer experience.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with the SIA and licensing standards.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Respond professionally and promptly to any incidents that may occur.

Ability to remain calm and composed whilst deescalating situations.

Experience –

Experience is preferred but not essential as full venue requirement training will be provided on site.
